Pipe Handling System

Precision, Stability, and Seamless Workflow The TOS Pipe Handling System is engineered to provide maximum stability and precision during the critical lathing process. It acts as the backbone of your machining operations, ensuring that long and heavy pipes are managed with ease and safety. Key Features: Precision Height Adjustment: Equipped with intuitive manual handles, the system allows for micro-adjustments to align the pipe perfectly with the lathe’s chuck, reducing setup time and eliminating manual lifting risks. Dynamic Positioning: Smoothly control the "In/Out" movement of pipes, ensuring a seamless transition to and from the machining zone without damaging the pipe surface. Adaptive Support: Features a Movable Drum Pulley system that is fully adjustable to accommodate various pipe lengths, providing consistent support and preventing vibration during high-speed rotation. Industrial Durability: Built to withstand the harshest workshop environments, ensuring long-term reliability and minimal maintenance. Why Choose Our System? Our solution doesn't just hold pipes; it optimizes your entire production line by preventing "pipe whip" and ensuring that every cut or thread is executed with 100% accuracy.

Swaging Machine

Swaging is a process that is used to reduce or increase the diameter of tubes. A swaged piece created by placing the tube inside a die that applies compressive force by hammering radially. Swaging can be further expanded by placing a mandrel inside the tube and applying radial compressive forces on the outer diameter. Thus, throught the swage process, the inner tube diameter can be a different shape, for example a hexagon, and the outer is still circular.
